Product Range:

International Delivery

International shipping via DHL from Spain takes 1 to 5 business days.
International shipping via Ukrposhta from Ukraine takes 10 to 14 days.
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the shipping service rates and the product's dimensions.
All international orders require 100% prepayment.

Please note that the shipping service is responsible for any delays, damages, losses, or thefts after your order has been dispatched.

After your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code from the shipping service. If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier will leave a note with instructions for a re-delivery attempt. After two failed delivery attempts, you must contact the courier to arrange the parcel's receipt. If this time passes, the parcel will be returned to our store, and we will refund the amount paid (excluding the shipping cost).
